INACOM hereby informs that the Public Consultation for the National Frequency Plan (PNF 2024-2027) is now open.
The PNF is a key regulatory instrument for the management, planning and efficient use of the radio spectrum throughout the national territory.
This consultation is open to all interested parties — electronic communications operators, public entities, sector associations, universities,
independent experts, national and foreign companies, as well as private individuals — in accordance with the principle of administrative participation
established under the Administrative Procedure Code.

Submission of contributions:
All contributions must be submitted exclusively through the portal indicated above.
Deadline for submissions:
Until 30 January 2026, pursuant to the harmonised extension approved under the administrative process.
This initiative aims to ensure broad participation, enhance regulatory transparency and promote the technical contribution of all relevant national
and international stakeholders, supporting the development of a revised and improved version of the PNF 2024-2027.
